He is associate professor and head of the Department of Scripture. His main research interest is St. Paul .

Michael 's paper will examine in a practical and perhaps provocative way what useful contribution the churches might still make to the evolution of Irish society in a new century.

Mary Malone is author of the three volume series on “Women and Christianity”.
Mary has recently retired home to Ireland after a teaching career spanning over thirty years in Canadian theological seminaries and universities.
